How to Take Clothing Measurements
- Get a flexible measuring tape. These are often sold in craft stores
- Neck:
- Measure around the base of the neck in inches.
- Round up to the nearest half inch.
- Chest:
- Wrap tape measure under armpits around fullest part of chest (usually right above nipples
- Sleeve:
- Bend your elbow and rest your hand on your hip.
- Have someone measure from the middle of the back of your neck to your wrist by putting the tape measure over your shoulder, around your elbow and to your wrist.
- Waist:
- Wrap tape measure around where you normally wear your pants. Keep tape measure a little loose by keeping a finger between the tape measure and your waist.
- Inseam:
- Put on a pair of shoes.Have someone measure from your crotch to back of the heel, where you want your pants to end.
- Hands:
- Measure around the hand at the fullest part (exclude thumb). The number of inches shows the size of the glove.

Before bedtime, gently massage on the skin and leave until completely absorbed, it being entirely transfer resistant.
The 4 different molecular weights of 4D Hyaluronic Acid offer a broad range of benefits: intensive and lasting hydration, regenerative effects from within, increased firmness and reduction of wrinkles. It proves inner regeneration effects boosted by the glycolic acid, responsible for increasing cell turnover.
Natural oil infusion: Wild rose seed oil, Olive oil and Squalane have significant hydrating and elasticity-increasing effects.
The immediate soothing and relieving effect on the skin is ensured by Zanthalene®, the eco-certified extract obtained from Sichuan pepper.
USAGE
Apply 2 to 3 times a week before bedtime. Gently massage on skin until completely absorbed, transfer resistant.
It can be used alone, or a serum or a night cream can be applied first, in a very thin layer, which is allowed to be completely absorbed into the skin, before applying the mask.
For spectacular effects, on special occasions, the mask is applied 3 consecutive nights, for optimal absorption of the ingredients with moisturizing and decongestant effects.
